A few months ago, I wanted to do some 2D animation exercises.
During that time I had been working in 3D a lot and wanted to get back to After Effects for a change.
The clip is about finding inner calm in times that are stressful and taxing.
Ironically, this ended up being a meta commentary on me making this clip, because playing around with the animation and timing was very cathartic to me.
The reduced framerate was intended to make the first frame look more jittery and choppy and the last frame more slowed down and relaxed.
